BUILDING CREDENTIALS is a proven, positive behavior management system. BUILDING CREDENTIALS is designed to work in tandem with SMOOTH TRANSITIONS, which is included as Section II of BUILDING CREDENTIALS. This allows the adults who administer this effective behavior management system to simultaneously prepare young people for life on their own.
