Training Description and Sample Training Proposal


David and Myra Vandy, consultants, agree to the following, in order to provide the best possible services and opportunities to youth. Staff will receive training from the Vandys in their Building Credentials Credit System.

The Vandys will provide Staff training and assistance in:

*   Building Credentials- A proven positive behavior management credit system
*   Appropriate and effective rewards and consequences
*   Positive interactions with young adults served by ……………
*   How to use the SMOOTH TRANSITIONS Planner
*   Strategies to establish consistency and teamwork

Training Overview:

One all day Training Session for the staff,
with the number of participants not to exceed 25

A second all day Training Session for the staff,
with the number of participants not to exceed 25

One 4 hour Training Session for Staff,
2 days after beginning Building Credentials

One 4 hour Training Session for Staff,
4 days after beginning Building Credentials
